The 2023 Capability Enhancement Training Program for Dispatched Directors and Supervisors from the China Unicom was held in BNAI on Oct. 18, 2023, with more than 20 dispatched directors and supervisors attending the program on site and over 100 relevant senior managers attending online. Experts and scholars from policy-making departments, universities and private sectors were invited to lecture. Focusing on an overall capability enhancement, an improvement in the board’s strategy setting, decision-making and risk control and a broadened vision for work performance, the program was a further implementation of the Three Year Enhancement Plan of SOE under the leadership of the CPC Central Committee that worked to achieve high-quality development.
