The 2023 Newly Hired National Civil Servants Orientation Training Program, jointly hosted by the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee and the CPC Central Party School, was held in BNAI from Oct. 30 to Dec. 3, 2023. Featuring the combination of videoed lectures and workshops , the program consisted of the main classroom in the CPC Central Party School and 3015 terminal classrooms in party schools at provincial, municipal and county level and relevant training institutes, with 279,000 newly hired civil servants participating. BNAI held a terminal classroom of the program and successfully fulfilled the training task for nearly 300 newly hired civil servants from 28 state institutions at the central level.
