INTRODUCTION
This program is jointly offered by Beijing National Accounting Institute and the Fox School of Business at Temple University in the United States. It is designed for professionals working in accounting, auditing, information management, information systems security, and IT governance, who aspire to become Certified Information Systems Auditors (CISA). The program provides them with internationally benchmarked master's-level education. As the first IT Auditing master's degree program in China officially approved by the Ministry of Education, it adopts world-class teaching materials, case studies, and pedagogical methods. The program brings together esteemed faculty and experts from both institutions who possess profound academic achievements and extensive practical experience. It is committed to cultivating IT audit professionals who have a solid foundation in accounting and auditing, comprehensive knowledge of computer hardware and software, unique sensitivity to cybersecurity and data security, and a deep understanding of information systems auditing and internal controls. At the completion of the MS/ITACS program, students will be able to:
l Demonstrate an understanding of the IT audit process and apply it to business situations;
l Describe how an IT organization should be governed and managed;
l Explain how IT systems are implemented and recommend appropriate controls;
l Describe how IT services are delivered and maintained and recommend appropriate controls;
l Demonstrate how to protect an organization’s information; and
l Demonstrate the ability to conduct research related to emerging IT issues.
ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS

l Interviewed by BNAI and Temple University
l English Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is required for all applicants. Official test scores (such as TOEFL or IELTS) must be submitted unless the applicant holds a degree from an institution where English is the primary language of instruction. Minimum required scores are: TOEFL (new 1–6 scale) 4.5, TOEFL (previous scale) 88, IELTS 6.5, Duolingo 120, or PTE Academic 53.
