On October 13, 2025, BNAI and the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Talent Cultivation, marking the official launch of a new chapter in their deep collaboration to advance high-quality finance and accounting talent in the China-ASEAN region.
Ye Kangtao, President of BNAI, together with relevant directors from BNAI’s Training Management Department and the Finance Talent & Think Tank Management Center, attended the ceremony. The ISCA delegation included Zhang Sile (President), Yang Dehua (Chairman of ISCA Beijing Chapter), Xu Wanfen (Chief Executive Officer), and Wu Yun (China Regional Manager). Following the signing ceremony, representatives from both sides engaged in in-depth discussions regarding the implementation of the cooperation framework.
