Dr. Li is a Member of the CPC Committee and Vice President of Beijing National Accounting Institute, Chair of the Academic Committee, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, Member of the 14th Beijing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Recipient of the Special Government Allowance from the State Counci, Expert in the first batch of tax policy management talent pool of the Ministry of Finance, Council Member of Chinese Society of Taxation, Council Member of China International Taxation Research Association, Postdoctoral Fellow in Accounting at Tsinghua University, PhD in Public Finance and Taxation and Master in International Finance from Renmin University of China.
Dr. Li has held various positions at BNAI, including lecturer, associate professor, professor at the Teaching and Research Center, Director of the Public Education Department, Head of the Taxation Department, Director of the Institute of Fiscal and Tax Policies and Applications, Deputy Director of the Faculty Management Committee, and Chair of the Academic Committee.
With extensive experience in fiscal and tax policy research and practical management, Dr. Li has collaborated with the Tax Policy Department and Tariff Department of China's Ministry of Finance, the National Development and Reform Commission, and the State Administration of Taxation on major research projects covering value-added tax reform, personal income tax reform, Belt and Road taxation, and international taxation.
Dr. Li has also long been responsible for teaching programs aimed at cultivating high-level financial and economic professionals in China. She is the author of multiple monographs and translations, has led several provincial and ministerial-level research projects, published over 150 academic papers in core journals, and received multiple provincial and ministerial-level research awards.
In 2021, Dr. Li was honored with the May 1st Labor Medal for Central and State Organs.
