Ms. Xu is the Secretary of the CPC Committee of Beijing National Accounting Institute. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics. Previously, she served as a Member of the CPC Committee and Deputy Director-General of the Asset Valuation Center of the Ministry of Finance of China and as Deputy Director-General of the Asset Management Department of the Ministry of Finance of China.
She currently serves as Secretary of the CPC Committee of Beijing National Accounting Institute.
