Ms. Zhang is a Member of the CPC Committee and Vice President of Beijing National Accounting Institute. She holds a Master’s degree in Law. Previously, she held various positions at the Department of Treaty and Law of the Ministry of Finance of China, including Principal Staff Member, Deputy Division Director, and Division Director.
She currently serves as a Member of the CPC Committee and Vice President of Beijing National Accounting Institute.
