2025 Sustainable Development and ESG Case Collection – Management Practices and Industry-Education Integration compiled by Beijing National Accounting Institute, was officially released as a key outcome of the 2025 Asian Cooperation Fund Project. Coinciding with the implementation of China’s two pilot corporate sustainability disclosure standards, the publication reflects the Institute’s continued commitment—as an affiliate of the Ministry of Finance and an ISSB Global Capacity Building Partner—to advancing ESG practice, sustainability reporting, and integrated research on finance and education.

Developed in accordance with six guiding principles—including representativeness, benchmark value, integration of research and practice, data integrity, and replicability—the collection features ten case studies organized into two sections: Management Practices and Industry-Education Integration. The selected cases showcase leading practices from central state-owned enterprises, listed companies, and higher education institutions across the energy, manufacturing, and financial sectors.

By highlighting practical approaches to ESG implementation, the collection provides valuable insights for policymakers, corporate leaders, educators, and researchers. It is intended to support evidence-based policymaking, strengthen corporate governance, enhance ESG talent development, and contribute to sustainable capacity building across Asia. Looking ahead, Beijing National Accounting Institute will continue to expand its ESG case repository, fostering an integrated knowledge ecosystem that connects government, industry, academia, and professional practice.
