工作经历
2012年7月—至今：在北京国家会计学院从事教学管理工作；之前在软件公司和科研机构工作。
2021年、2022年、2023年和2025年分别参加财政部注册会计师行业整治专班、财政部企业会计准则实施分析专班。
2023年12月——2024年6月 在美国福特汉姆大学（Fordham University)做访问学者。

Feng Liu is a faculty member in the Department of Accounting at Beijing National Accounting Institute and a master’s supervisor. He holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, a Ph.D. in Accounting from the Research Institute for Fiscal Science of the Ministry of Finance, and completed postdoctoral research in Public Finance at the Chinese Academy of Fiscal Sciences. He was also a visiting scholar at Fordham University.
He currently serves as a member of the Fifth Enterprise Accounting Standards Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Finance. He has been selected for the Ministry of Finance’s Talent Development Program for Accounting and Financial Supervision and Inspection, the Ministry of Finance Accounting Talent Pool, the Ministry of Finance Big Data Application Talent Pool, the Ministry of Finance Accounting and Financial Supervision Talent Pool, and the Ministry of Finance International Finance Talent Pool. In 2021, he participated in a special task force of the Ministry of Finance on the rectification and regulation of the certified public accounting profession. In 2022,2023 and 2025, he participated in the Ministry of Finance’s special task forces on the implementation of Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises.
His primary research interests include financial accounting theory and practice, accounting information systems and digitalization, and accounting and financial supervision. He has published a number of articles in journals including Chinese Public Administration, Accounting Research, and Information Technology Journal. He has led or participated in a number of major research projects commissioned or funded by the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the National Government Offices Administration, and the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He is the author of The Impact of Fiscal and Monetary Policies on Corporate Value (China Financial & Economic Publishing House, 2022) and a contributing author to A Collection of Typical Cases on the Implementation of Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises (China Financial & Economic Publishing House, 2022).
